Peel Panto Players was established in 1974 to perpetuate British style panto in Brampton and the surrounding areas. It was an immediate success. The panto runs at the Lester B. Pearson Theatre the last weekend in November and the first weekend in December. Initially, seating was on a first come first served basis and there were always long line-ups for the show. In 1999, reserved seating was introduced.
